5:If we receive a return parcel in a bad condition we have a right to send it back to customer..

6:If the customer's parcel is received with us in our fixed time and with our real packing then We will send return amount directly into customer account

9:f our product is absolutely correct but the customer does not like and the packaging of the product is damaged and used, in such a situation, the customer sends us back to the parcel within 24 hours, this product will be done with 25% deduction.

10:f the product arrives to the customer in perfect condition but the customer does not like the product and the customer wants to exchange it, then the exchange is absolutely possible but provided that the product is in perfect condition with its original packaging and not used but its exchange is possible and  Meanwhile the shipping cost will have to be paid by the customer even if it was sent to the customer on free shipping but the shipping cost on the product while exchanging will have to be paid by the customer.
